Janice Heapy

Janice Heapy is an experienced professional in customer service and information technology, currently serving as the Lead Customer Service Representative at Strategic Aviation Holdings Ltd. since February 2021. Previously, Janice held the position of Customer Service Representative at WestJet from October 2017 to April 2020. From May 2009 to 2017, Janice served as VP of Information Solutions at Westoba Credit Union Ltd., where responsibilities included developing corporate strategies, leading technology solutions, and supporting business strategy. Janice also held various roles in the City of Brandon, including Director of Information Technology and Deputy Director of Information Technology, contributing to the establishment of GIS systems. Early career experience includes working as a Systems Developer at the City of Brandon and a DBA at the Canadian Wheat Board. Janice holds a Master’s in Project Management from The University of Winnipeg and a BSc (Honors) in Computer Science from the University of Manitoba, along with a Certificate in Information System Management.
