Tom Marsden

Tom Marsden is the current CEO of Saberr. Prior to this, they were the Director of Professional Services at AMS from February 2005 to November 2013. In this role, they were responsible for company strategic planning and leading specialist consulting teams across a range of services including branding and communications, process reengineering, technology consulting, business intelligence, selection and assessment, and talent programmes such as graduate and executive hiring.

Before joining AMS, Tom worked as a management consultant at McKinsey & Co from January 2000 to December 2003. During their time there, they focused on strategy consulting with an emphasis on strategy, finance, and organisation (organisation design and effectiveness) studies. Tom gained a wide range of sector experience but had a particular focus on financial services and consumer goods.

From January 1993 to December 1999, Tom worked as an executive in private equity at Credit Agricole Indosuez.

Tom Marsden has a MBA from SDA Bocconi, a BA in Tom'story from the University of Bristol, and they participated in a Scholarship Programme at Davidson College.
