Adeola is currently serving as the Head of Warehousing, Distribution & Fulfillment at Sabi, a technology platform that empowers underserved merchants by providing commerce infrastructure and access to fulfillment, logistics, and financial services. Adeola joined Sabi in September 2021.

Prior to their current role, Adeola worked at Konga Online Shopping Ltd, Nigeria's largest online mall. Adeola held multiple positions within the company, including Head of Supply Chain Operations Management from March 2019 to August 2021, Manager of Business Operations & Development at Konga Express Deliveries from March 2016 to February 2019, Zonal Manager of Fulfillment Operations (Lagos/Southwest) from September 2015 to February 2016, Manager of Supply Chain/Process Optimization from March 2015 to August 2015, and Assistant Manager of Shift Operations at Konga Warehouse & Order Fulfillment from August 2013 to February 2015.

Earlier in their career, Adeola worked at Laterna Ventures Limited as the Lead of Corporate Affairs/Marketing Communications from April 2007 to February 2013. Laterna Ventures is a prominent literature importation and distribution organization in Nigeria.

Adeola also has experience in client relations, media planning, and marketing research from their time at Brandfuturz Interactive Media Ltd. from June 2004 to March 2007.

Adeola's career began in news reporting at Encomium Publications, a media, tech, and events company. Adeola worked there from November 2003 to May 2004.

Adeola started their professional journey at The Nigerian Defence Academy as an Academy Public Relations Executive from September 2002 to August 2003.

Adeola Lawrence has a diverse education history spanning various fields of study. In 1989, they completed their secondary education at Eva Adelaja Girls Secondary School, where they obtained their SSCE degree. Adeola then went on to study Mass Communication/Media Studies at Ogun State Polytechnic from 1996 to 2001, earning their HND degree. In 2006 and 2007, they pursued further education in Marketing Management at Lagos State University, where they obtained a PGD degree.

Building on their academic background, Adeola Lawrence continued to enhance their skills and knowledge through additional certifications. In 2005, they obtained a certification from the Advertising Practitioner Council of Nigeria (APCON) in (Arpa). In 2019, they completed a Data Science Associate certification from Coursera.

In recent years, Adeola Lawrence has focused on business management and leadership development. Adeola attended the International Business Management Institute (IBMI), earning a Mini-MBA degree in Business Management in 2021. In the same year, they also obtained certifications in Finance and Accounting, Leadership and Team Development, Human Resource Management, and Marketing and Communications from IBMI. Additionally, in 2020, they achieved certifications in Economics and International Business, Strategy and Operations, and Essential Management Skills from IBMI.

Furthermore, Adeola Lawrence pursued specialized training in areas such as Supply Chain Management at the Chicago Institute of Business in 2015 and Advanced Human Resources Management at The London Academy Business School in 2014.
