Rachel Larcom

Rachel Larcom serves as the Senior Manager of Grants and Contracts at the Sabin Vaccine Institute since May 2024, managing crucial activities related to federally-funded research. Prior to this, Rachel held various roles at The Geneva Foundation, including Research Portfolio Manager, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing grant proposals, ensuring compliance with study milestones, and facilitating programmatic and financial activities. Earlier experience includes a Program Analyst position at USAID, managing significant grants to UNICEF and supporting policy engagements, along with various roles contributing to global health initiatives and education at organizations such as CSIS and Millennium Campus Network. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Boston College.
