Michelle Wall Fcipd

Michelle Wall FCIPD has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Michelle started their career at Sainsburys Supermarkets Ltd in 1988, where they held various positions, including HR Manager Regional Supply Chain and Pay and Benefits Manager - Retail. At B&Q, they served as a Divisional HRBP and Change Manager, responsible for implementing the OD strategy and managing people change projects. Michelle then joined Carphone Warehouse as the Head of HR Retail (UK and I), overseeing the central shared service for retail HR and L&D.

Michelle went on to work at Essex Police as the Head of HR and L&D, where they served as the strategic HR and L&D lead for the force. Later, they joined IPC Systems, Inc. as the Vice President Human Resources, EMEA and APAC, where they were accountable for the HR strategy for the region and managing talent. Michelle then set up their own consultancy, The Grove HR Consultancy, providing short-term assignments and projects for various clients.

In 2017, Michelle joined Vix Technology as the Global Head of Human Resources, leading the core people agenda and providing end-to-end HR services for the organization. Michelle later served as the Group Chief People Officer at Sabio, where they were responsible for driving people-related initiatives. Currently, they hold the role of Chief Sustainability Officer at Sabio. Additionally, they serve as a Board Trustee at Essex Wildlife Trust. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, resourcing, learning and development, leadership development, and talent management.

Michelle Wall FCIPD obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology of OD and Change from Heriot-Watt University. This degree was earned between 2008 and 2009. Prior to that, they completed a CIPD Diploma in HR Management at Bromley College from 1995 to 1996.
