Sanjay Kapri

Sanjay Kapri has over 20 years of work experience in various roles and industries. Sanjay began their career in the hospitality sector, working as a Concierge at Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts and later as a Front Desk Team Leader and Guest Service Executive at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts. During their time at Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, they received recognition for their contributions to the hotel's quality award. Sanjay then transitioned into the retail industry, starting as a Store Manager at Croma and later becoming an Area Manager Operations at Future Group People Office, where they managed multiple stores and a large team. Sanjay then moved on to roles in Reliance Digital Retail Ltd. and Mini Digital Express -Reliance Retail Ltd, where they held positions such as Cluster Manager and State Head. In 2017, Sanjay joined Melcom Group of Companies as a Regional Retail Operations Manager. Sanjay is currently working at SabPaisa as the VP Alliances & Zonal Head-West.

Sanjay Kapri's education history includes obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Services Marketing Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2006-2007. Sanjay also earned an MBA in Marketing from SP Jain School of Global Management in 2006-2007.

Prior to their MBA degrees, Sanjay completed a Master's degree in Tourism Management from Madurai Kamaraj University in 1999-2001. Sanjay started their educational journey by completing a Diploma in Hotel Management and Applied Nutrition from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition Bhopal in 1995-1998.
