David Baker

David Baker is an accomplished software acquisition engineer at Sabre Systems Inc. since June 2020, overseeing the development of architectural specifications and guiding a team of computer scientists and technicians. Prior roles include project manager at SHR Consulting Group, where responsibilities included designing a Cloud Security Stack for FEMA and DHS, and at Salient CRGT, managing database support for the National Background Investigation Bureau. David also served as a project manager and database architect at Serco, focusing on the design of large databases for mission-critical applications. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Penn State University and an MBA from Boston University.
