Juan Mora

Juan Mora has extensive experience in manufacturing and operations management, currently serving as Plant Manager and Director of Manufacturing Operations at Sabrosura Foods since November 2018. Prior roles include Director of Operations at Moreno Bros. Distributing from September 2017 to November 2018, Plant Manager at Cacique, Inc. from September 2015 to August 2017, and Plant Operations Manager at Safeway from October 2013 to September 2015. Earlier in their career, Juan held positions such as Plant Manager at Allied Blending & Ingredients from May 2007 to March 2013 and Operations Manager at Dairy Farmers of America from 1989 to 2007. Juan holds a degree in Electronic Instrument Design from ITESO Universidad Jesuita de Guadalajara, earned between 1984 and 1988.
