Mthokozisi Alex Madlala

Mthokozisi Alex Madlala is an experienced professional currently serving as the Manager for Strategy, Performance & Research at SACAA since February 2022. Previously, Mthokozisi held roles including Researcher for Infrastructure Development at the Gauteng Provincial Legislature from November 2013 to January 2022, Coordinator for Disaster Management at the South Africa Local Government Association (National Office) from October 2012 to October 2013, and Advisor for Human Development at the South African Local Government Association (Gauteng office) from September 2010 to October 2012. Mthokozisi began a career in policy analysis and research at Msunduzi Municipality from January 2009 to August 2010. Mthokozisi's educational background includes a Master's degree in Management and Development from North-West University, an Honours in Bachelor of Social Science focusing on Public Policy and Development from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with majors in Political Science and Legal Studies from the same institution.
