Cory Burfield

Cory Burfield's work experience includes serving as a Human Resources Director for Sacoma Specialty Products, LLC since 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Sr. Human Resource Generalist for MANHATTAN MECHANICAL SERVICES, LLC from 2019 to 2023, where they specialized in turnkey projects for industrial facilities. From 2015 to 2019, Cory was the General Manager for Professional Labor Support, LLC, focusing on safety and quality. Before that, they served as a Construction Administrator and Human Resources Manager for A&D Constructors from 2014 to 2015. Cory also worked as Sales and Operations for Road Dog Industrial from 2013 to 2014. Cory gained experience in human resources as well as monitoring manpower needs during their tenure at Titan Contracting and Leasing Co., Inc from 2008 to 2013. Prior to that, Cory held multiple roles at Tradesmen International, Inc. from 2003 to 2008, including General Manager and Sales Executive. Cory started their career as a Mechanic at 3M in 2002.

Cory Burfield's education history includes attending Triangle Tech from 2000 to 2001, where they pursued a degree in Construction Management and focused on Electrical Technology. Prior to that, from 1988 to 1997, they received a diploma in General Studies from Cameron County, PA. In addition to their formal education, Cory has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These certifications include People Manager Qualification (PMQ) from SHRM in October 2021, Online Marketing Foundations and Social Media Marketing Foundations from LinkedIn in May 2020, and NCCER - Boilermaker, Electrician, Pipefitter - Trainer / Train the Trainer from NCCER in February 2009.
