Michael Cormiae

Michael Cormiae has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michael started their career as an Electrician at Twain Harte Electric in 1988. In 1991, they joined Alamo Alarm as an Alarm Technician before moving on to Apple in 1989, where they worked in the Service department for five years.

In 1994, Michael joined Southern Pacific Railroad as an Assistant Signalman. After two years, they transitioned to Union Pacific Railroad as a Signalman and Signal Technician, where they worked until 2001.

Following their time at the railroads, Michael joined Sacramento Regional Transit in 2001 as a Lineworker. Michael steadily moved up the ranks, holding positions such as Maintenance Supervisor/Trainer and Maintenance Superintendent - Wayside. Currently, they serve as the Director of Light Rail Maintenance.

Michael Cormiae obtained an Associate's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from ITT Technical Institute-Rancho Cordova. No specific start or end year for their education is provided.
