James Castonguay

James Castonguay has extensive academic experience, currently serving as the Associate Dean of the College of Arts and Sciences and the Director of the School of Communication, Media & the Arts at Sacred Heart University since September 1999. James has held various positions within the Communication and Media Studies department, advancing from Assistant Professor to Professor. Prior to this, James was a Visiting Assistant Professor at the University of Michigan for a year. James holds a PhD in English (Modern Studies, Film, Media) from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Bachelor's degree in Screen Studies and Sociology from Clark University.
