Sean Heffron

Sean Heffron currently serves as the Assistant Dean for Student Success, Adjunct Professor, and Executive Director of the Welch Experience and Student Success at Sacred Heart University since January 2007. In these roles, Sean focuses on creating diverse opportunities for students in the Jack Welch College of Business and Technology, including networking, advising, and leadership development. As the Associate Vice President of Student Success, Sean has collaborated with university stakeholders to develop impactful programs. An accomplished author, Sean has published five novels across various genres and works with organizations, including RAND Media Co, contributing to literature on navigating the college experience. Sean holds a Doctor of Education from the University of Bridgeport, an MBA from Sacred Heart University, and additional degrees from New York University and Ithaca College.
