Nicole Jones

Nicole Jones, PMP, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager for Operations at SADA, an Insight company, where Nicole was integral to the pre-acquisition team during Insight Enterprises' acquisition of SADA, providing daily updates to executive leadership. Previously, Nicole managed SADA's first global acquisition in India and led the company's first global go-to-market expansion. At Novi Labs, Nicole orchestrated an impactful Customer Symposium webinar and improved customer onboarding processes. Between 2018 and 2019, Nicole took a professional sabbatical to focus on family and personal growth. Earlier roles at Zenoss and IBM included senior project management and release management, with significant achievements in training program development and operational improvements. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management and Operations from the University of Arizona.
