Omar Qureshi

Omar Qureshi has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Omar is currently working as the Creative Director at SadaPay since July 2020, where they have built a team of creatives and incorporated 3D design into marketing. Prior to that, they founded Pakistan Creatives in March 2019, a job search and apply platform catering to the creative field. At Pakistan Creatives, they built an audience and introduced sub-communities while organizing panel discussions. In addition, they have also worked as a Creative at Swvl from January to June 2020. Before entering the creative field, Omar worked as an Asst. CSR & Public Affairs Officer at Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd from April to December 2019. Omar also gained experience as a Management Trainee Design at IAL Saatchi & Saatchi from October 2018 to March 2019. Furthermore, Omar has worked as a Digital Media Executive at The Forty Two Day Challenge from May 2017 to April 2018, and as a Video Producer at Make-A-Wish Greece in June-August 2016. Prior to that, they worked as an English Language Teacher at AIESEC in Turkey in June-August 2015. Lastly, Omar founded HidHydians, an association promoting the talents of young individuals in Hyderabad from June 2012 to August 2014.

Omar Qureshi completed their BSMS degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from the Shaheed Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Science and Technology from 2014 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Rockford Cambridge School from 2012 to 2014, with a focus on Accounting and Business/Management. In addition to their formal education, Omar Qureshi obtained several certifications, including Brand and Product Management from IE Business School in May 2021, Digital Branding and Engagement from Curtin University in September 2020, and Textual Elements of Design: Fonts, Typography, and Spacing from the University of Colorado Boulder in February 2020. Omar also completed The Complete Digital Marketing Course - 12 Courses in 1 from Udemy in February 2020, Design Thinking for Innovation from the University of Virginia in October 2019, Management Consulting: Succeeding as a Management Consultant from Udemy in October 2019, and the Google Online Marketing Fundamentals Course from Google in July 2018.
