Sherrie Trigg has a diverse work experience in the field of media and communications. Starting in 1986, they worked as an Editor for Capital Cities/ABC Van Dahl Publications. From 1989 to 1995, they joined Advanstar Communications and took on the role of an Editor for various magazines, including Pharmaceutical Executive, Plastics Compounding, and Biopharm. In 1995, they moved to UBM Canon and served as the Editor-in-Chief for MD&DI, overseeing the publication's massive overhaul and redesign. Sherrie also held the position of Editor-in-Chief for Compliance Engineering, where they successfully led the publication through a redesign. In 2010, Sherrie Trigg joined Penton Media as the Director of Content, Medical Design, focusing on content development and promotion through various media channels. Following that, they joined Bal Seal Engineering as the Marketing Communications Manager, responsible for driving sales and awareness through global promotional activities. Currently, they work at Tech Briefs Media as the Director of Medical Content and Editor-in-Chief.

Sherrie Trigg holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Oregon. In 2014, they received a Certificate in Marketing Strategy from Cornell University.
