Stephanie Barrow

Stephanie Barrow, SHRM-SCP, has a diverse range of work experience in human resources and management roles. Stephanie currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources at SAERTEX, USA, a role they have been in since May 2019. Before that, they served as the Human Resources Manager at SAERTEX, starting in November 2015. Prior to their time at SAERTEX, Barrow was the Manager of Human Resources at SAERTEX multiCom Group, beginning in November 2015. Stephanie also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at LEGACY Supply Chain Services from January 2014 to June 2016. Barrow has experience in recruiting, having served as a National Recruiting Manager at HVACi from April 2013 to September 2013. Earlier in their career, they held various human resources positions at Sears Holdings Management Corporation, Funtown Splashtown USA, Southern Maine Health Care, and CROSSMARK.

Stephanie Barrow, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Management from Western New England University. Stephanie also has a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. In addition, Stephanie holds the Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) certification from the Plan Sponsor Council of America, obtained in 2022. Stephanie is also a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP), obtained in January 2015.
