Esperanza A. has extensive experience in the field of human resources. ESPERANZA started their career as an Internship Recruitment and Development Consultant at PSICOTEC in 2005. ESPERANZA then worked as a Human Resources Consultant at START PEOPLE (USG PEOPLE) from 2006 to 2010, where they provided a global HR service to clients.

After that, Esperanza worked at Synergie from 2010 to 2011, holding various roles including Delegada Comercial, Responsable de Oficina, and Office Manager. Their responsibilities included managing a team, commercial management, and economic management of the delegation.

In 2011, they joined Plastipak Packaging, Inc. as a Talent Manager. Here, they focused on attracting, developing, and retaining talent through selection, training, internal communication, and corporate social responsibility.

From 2013 to 2015, Esperanza worked at Canal Extremadura as an HR Development Manager. During their time there, they created the Professional Development area and was responsible for selection, training, development, internal communication, and corporate culture.

In 2015, they joined Grupo Gefiscal as an HR Manager. In this role, they reported to the General Director and was a member of the company's management committee. Their mission was to define, promote, and implement the HR strategy, policies, and operations to adapt the human capital to the new business challenges and cultural transformation. ESPERANZA also served as the Chair of the Health and Safety Committee.

Esperanza then became a Talent Manager at Grupo DOCOUT from 2017 to 2018, where they focused on talent management.

Most recently, they joined Saeta Yield in 2018 as the Head of People & Culture. In this role, they created the HR department from scratch, including processes and policies, to provide value to shareholders through investment and asset management.

Esperanza has a strong background in HR management, talent acquisition and development, and creating and implementing HR strategies.

Esperanza A. has a diverse educational background. ESPERANZA obtained a Master's degree in Dirección de Personas y Desarrollo Organizativo from ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they completed a Licenciatura in Sociología from Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2004 to 2010. ESPERANZA also holds another Licenciatura in Ciencias Políticas y de la Administración from the same university during the period of 2000 to 2005.

Esperanza A. has pursued further education in various fields. In 2004, they obtained a Diploma Universitario en Prevención de Conflictos from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, and also completed a course on Derecho Constitucional Español, Instituciones Europeas y Tratado de la Unión at the same university. ESPERANZA participated in a Curso de Verano sobre "Ideas Políticas para el siglo XXI" at Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo in 2004. Additionally, they completed a Diploma Universitario en Seguridad y Cooperación en el Mediterráneo from Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 2003.

Esperanza A. has attended several postgraduate programs. ESPERANZA completed a Postgrado en Valoración de puestos, Registro y Auditoría Retributiva from CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros in 2021. In 2018, they obtained a Postgrado en Gestión Laboral, Nóminas y Seguros Sociales from Formación Cámara de Comercio de Madrid. In 2016, they pursued a Postgrado Desarrollo Profesional en Comunicación Interna: Nuevas Estrategias y Canales 2.0 from Escuela Unidad Editorial, specializing in Comunicación empresarial.

Furthermore, Esperanza A. has acquired additional certifications. ESPERANZA holds a Silver Certification as an Analista Conductual DISC from the International DISC Institute, obtained in November 2022. ESPERANZA is also a Colegiada en Ciencias Políticas y Sociología, recognized by the Colegio Profesional de Ciencia Política, Sociología, Relaciones Internacionales y Admon.
