Jesus Ayala

Jesus Ayala is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality management and plant operations. Currently serving as the Sr. Plant Manager at SAF-HOLLAND Inc. since 2020, Jesus previously held various leadership roles at Methode Electronics from March 2013 to November 2019, including NA Quality Director and Plant Operations Manager. Prior experience also includes positions at AAM - American Axle & Manufacturing as Plant Quality Manager, and at Meritor and Magna International as Quality Assurance Manager and Quality and Engineering Manager, respectively. Jesus holds a Master's degree in Administration and High Management from Universidad Iberoamericana Torreón and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Nuevo Laredo.
