Jacquiline Meroka

Head Of Department - Consumer Care

Jacquiline Meroka has extensive experience in customer care and operations management within the telecommunications industry. Currently, Jacquiline serves as Head of Department for Consumer Care at Safaricom PLC, a role held since April 2015. Prior to this, Jacquiline was Senior Manager of Customer Operations at Kenya Airways from August 2010 to March 2015 and Contact Centre Manager overseeing the development and operations of the contact center. Earlier roles include Call Centre Manager at Telkom Kenya, where efficiency improvements were made, and Customer Service Resolutions at Econet Wireless Kenya. Jacquiline also served as Customer Care Manager at Popote Wireless Kenya and as Team Leader in the Customer Care Department at Zain from September 2000 to October 2006.
