Lucy Wanjiru Maina has a wealth of experience in various roles at Safaricom PLC, including Strategy and Enterprise Architecture Manager, Principal Data and AI Technical Strategy, Senior Data Engineer, and Senior Contact Centre Engineer - Genesys. Prior to that, Lucy worked as a Software Developer at Owen Technologies. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a focus on ML, NLP, and AI from the University of Nairobi and also attended the Institute Of Software Technologies. Lucy completed their secondary education at Limuru Girls School.
