Laura Rasche

Laura Rasche has always been passionate about helping others. This led their to a career in the legal field, where they worked as a paralegal for The Hastings Law Firm. Laura was with the company for over seven years before moving on to Rodan + Fields.

At Rodan + Fields, Laura found their true calling. Laura became a Chapter Director and Family Coach Supervisor, where they help families in need. Laura is passionate about their work and takes great pride in making a difference in the lives of others.

Laura Rasche has a Master of Science in School Counseling from Butler University and a BA in Criminal Justice & Criminology from Ball State University.

Laura Rasche works with Amber Privett - Family Coach Supervisor, Carla Tripp - Chapter Director, and Josh Frey - Fort Wayne Chapter Coordinator. and Michelle Kartholl - Intake Coordinator reports to Laura Rasche. Their manager is Aarika Yarger, Alliance National Assistant Director.
