Odell Anderson

Odell Anderson is an experienced training and quality management professional with a robust background in the contact center industry. Currently serving as Training Manager and Tire & Wheel Claims Manager at Safe-Guard Products since October 2016, Odell oversees multiple teams focused on claims and quality assurance. Previously, Odell held the role of Sr. Training and Quality Manager at Benchmark Brands, where responsibilities included developing training curricula and managing quality assurance programs. Additional experience includes roles at HUGHES Telematics, CompuCredit, and BellSouth, where Odell specialized in training, process improvement, and vendor management. Odell holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a life coaching certification from Dream Releasers Coaching.
