Pele Tanuvasa has a diverse background in operations and management, having worked in various roles at Fonterra, Civtec Ltd, and Safe365. With experience as a Site Manager, Account Manager, Powder Process Manager, Production Team Leader, and currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at Safe365, Pele has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a commitment to continuous improvement. Their achievements include substantial yield savings through waste reduction initiatives and productivity improvements through project implementation. Pele also has a background in aviation, having served as a C-130 Air Loadmaster in the Royal New Zealand Air Force. Pele has furthered their education through programs at The University of Auckland and the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
