Michael Sosh

Michael Sosh has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael began their career as a Banking Officer at Meridian Bancorp (now Wachovia Bank) in 1983 and later joined The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. in 1987, where they held various financial roles, including Divisional Vice President.

In 1997, Sosh became the Treasurer at Lexford Residential Trust, a role where they were responsible for financial restructuring, property management reengineering, and strategic acquisitions. Michael successfully increased the company's annual cash flow to more than $40 million and played a key role in increasing the share price.

Moving forward, Sosh assumed the position of Chief Financial Officer at International Total Services, Inc. in 1999. In this role, they successfully engineered an operational turnaround for the company, reversing a negative cash flow to positive and replacing a significant portion of the management team. Michael also earned the confidence of the Bank Group and obtained lender forbearance while doubling borrowing availability.

Sosh expanded their expertise as a Principal at MRM Executive Leadership Group, LLC from 2004 to 2007. In this role, they provided management expertise and financial analysis to various companies, including GUESS? Inc., Deutsche Bank, and APW Ltd.

From 2007 to 2009, Sosh served as the Chief Financial Officer at Stage Capital, LLC. In this role, they managed financial reporting, budgeting, global risk, and treasury management for a group of operating portfolio companies. Michael successfully implemented process improvements resulting in significant increases to net income.

Sosh's next role was as the Chief Financial Officer at Cott Systems, Inc. from 2011 to 2014. Here, they provided financial leadership and successfully developed strategic plans for performance improvements over various lines of business.

Currently, Sosh is working at SafeAuto as a Finance Manager, a position they have held since November 2015.

Michael Sosh attended the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business from 1981 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
