Ruth Karagacha, MBA, PMP has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Ruth is currently employed at SAFEbuilt as a Sr Revenue Operations Analyst, where they are responsible for analyzing revenue operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of business processes. Additionally, they hold the role of Salesforce Certified Administrator at the same company, utilizing their expertise in Salesforce administration.

Prior to their current role, Ruth worked as a Business Analyst at SAFEbuilt, where they played a key role in analyzing business processes and recommending improvements. Ruth has also worked at Rocky Mountain Institute as a Data Analyst in the Project Management Office, where they utilized their skills in data analysis and project management.

Ruth started their professional career as a Supply Chain Analyst at Builders FirstSource/Probuild, where they gained experience in supply chain management. Ruth also served as a Graduate Research Assistant at Colorado State University, where they conducted research and assisted in various projects.

In addition, Ruth co-founded a non-profit organization, Second Chance Vietnam, where they played an important role in its establishment and operations.

Ruth Karagacha, MBA, PMP has a strong educational background in business administration and engineering. Ruth completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Global Social and Sustainable Enterprises from Colorado State University between 2013 and 2014. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering from the University of Nairobi, graduating between 2005 and 2010.

In addition to their formal education, Ruth has also obtained certification in the field of project management. In July 2017, they achieved the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI). Furthermore, in December 2020, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from the Certified Salesforce Administrator institution.
