Aaron Christie

Aaron Christie has over two decades of experience in engineering and business development, currently serving as the Group Strategy, New Business & Marketing Executive, Director of Strategy & Business Development, and General Manager at SAFEgroup Automation since June 2015. In this role, Aaron is responsible for executing national engineering business plans and overseeing operations across multiple states, including NSW, VIC, and QLD. Prior to this, Aaron held the position of Engineering Manager at SAFEgroup from December 2011 to May 2015, managing the Control Systems Engineering unit and reporting to the advisory board. Earlier career experience includes serving as an Engineering Project Manager at i.Power Solutions and as a Senior Control Systems Engineer at Serck Controls. Educational qualifications include a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Newcastle, a Graduate Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and certification as an Executive Engineer from Engineers Australia.
