Gregg Terry

Gregg Terry is a results-oriented sales leader and people developer with extensive experience in management and operations. Currently serving as the Contact Center Operations Manager at Safelite AutoGlass since October 2022, Gregg previously held the role of General Manager at DriveTime from December 2021 to October 2022. Prior experience at DriveTime includes positions as Supervisor, Internet Sales, and Senior Development Specialist from February 2015 to October 2019. Gregg's earlier career includes significant roles at Apple Retail and Starbucks, where responsibilities encompassed various managerial positions. Academically, Gregg earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Leadership from The University of Arizona Global Campus, completing studies in May 2023, and has foundational education from Estrella Mountain Community College between 2002 and 2004.
