Dr. Jim Copeland

Dr. Jim Copeland has held various positions in the non-profit Christian world since 2005. Dr. Jim began their career as International Director of Journey Corps at WorldVenture in 2005. Dr. Jim then moved to Promise Keepers in 2010, where they served as Vice President Field Ministry. In 2013, they became President & C.E.O. of Conference Ministries International, where they provided strategic thinking, planning, and implementation, through executive leadership, mobilizing human resources, branding, marketing, conference logistics, follow-up, and resource creation for exceptional event execution worldwide. In 2017, they co-founded SaferNet, and in 2019 they became President & CEO of Life of Valor Men's Ministry and President of Core Leader Forums in 2022. Dr. Jim also founded ExcelLeaders.net in 2020.

Dr. Jim Copeland began their educational journey in 1991 at Mid Atlantic Bible College & Seminary, where they obtained a Th.M. in Theology/Theological Studies in Biblical Leadership. Dr. Jim then attended LBU, where they earned a D.Min. in Leadership & Biblical Manhood in 1995.
