Holly handles all things people related at SafeSend, including performance management, employee relations, recruiting, payroll, compensation, and benefits. Her main goal – finding exceptional talent to join our team and making them feel valued and included. She does this by partnering with managers to create and maintain processes for employee recognition and development, as well as ensuring the company is offering competitive pay and benefits. Holly has more than 20 years of human resource management experience and is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional.
