Jan P. has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Jan worked as an IT Consultant at USU Solutions, where they were responsible for customizing the USU Valuemation service management platform and implementing ITIL processes for large enterprises. Jan also worked as an IT Consultant and Technical Project Manager at Konica Minolta Business Solutions Europe GmbH, where they implemented the ServiceNow platform and conducted workshops with customers to perform gap/fit analysis. Earlier in their career, Jan worked as a Customer Service Representative at Hertz. Jan most recently served as a Process & Project Manager at System4u a.s., where they optimized service desk and project delivery processes, implemented data and process integrations, and delivered IT projects.
