Monika Mráček has worked in various positions since 2009. Monika started as an International Coordinator at Sirva s.r. o., where they were responsible for reception duties, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. In 2010, they worked as an International Sales Manager at Radisson Blu Alcron Hotel, where they coordinated sales activities, managed client relationships, and represented the company at trade association meetings. In 2011, they became a Business Development Manager, Advertising for Europe and Africa at Upstream, The International Oil & Gas Newspaper, where they analyzed tenders, formulated sales strategies, and managed key accounts. Monika worked as a Senior Account Manager at Extelligence s.r.o. in 2013, where they handled acquisition and management of leads, IT sales consultancy, and recruitment services. In 2014, they took a Project Manager role at Horn International. In 2015, Monika established the Norwegian branch of Shore GmbH where they were in charge of presenting the product to the local market. In 2016, Monika took maternity leave, and after that worked as an English Lecturer. In 2020, they became a Key Account Manager at Norsky Design, where they managed all marketing and sales activities. Monika will start working as a Territory Sales Manager at Safetica in 2022.

Monika Mráček began their education in 2000 at the Business Academy where they studied Economics and completed their Graduation exam in 2004. Monika then attended the University of West London from 2007-2008 and earned a National certificate, BTEC in Travel and Tourism. In 2011, they enrolled at Noisis language school and received a Certificate in Norwegian language - grammar and conversation. Monika also obtained additional certifications, Sales and negotiation skills from 1. VOX a.s. in May 2014 and IBM Cognos Midmarket Foundational Solutions Sales from IBM Czech Republic in December 2013.
