Amanda Druhan

Amanda Druhan has a strong background in the insurance industry. Amanda began their career at Electric Insurance Company in 2010, where they worked as an Insurance Account Specialist until 2012. Amanda then transitioned to the role of Claims Adjuster, showcasing their expertise in managing insurance claims. In 2016, Druhan joined Safety Insurance as a Senior Commercial Auto Claims Adjuster, where they demonstrated excellent leadership skills by setting up claims and assigning them to team members. Amanda also played a crucial role in training new team members and ensuring accurate coverage through weekly claim audits. In 2019, they took on the role of PIP Claims Adjuster, responsible for reviewing medical bills and managing communication with insureds and attorneys. Currently, Druhan holds the position of Associate Software Quality Assurance Analyst at Safety Insurance, where they are involved in ensuring the quality of software products.

Amanda Druhan obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where they attended from 2005 to 2010. In addition, they acquired a certification in Learning Email Marketing from Lynda.com in January 2018.
