Suzanne Heeren

Suzanne Heeren is an experienced professional in claims management and administration, currently serving as District Administrator for Safety-Kleen in the Pacific Northwest since August 2020. Prior roles include Claims Manager at Employer Resources Northwest from August 2014 to April 2020 and Sr. Medical/Personal Injury Claims Handler at Liberty Mutual Insurance from June 2012 to August 2014. Suzanne also has experience as a Sr. Auto Liability Claims Handler, where responsibilities included managing investigations and resolutions of auto claims. Earlier in her career, Suzanne worked at Red Lion Hotels in various roles, including Claims Assistant, Accounts Payable, and Night Auditor.
