Ibrahim Alkassim currently serves as the General Secretary of the Saudi Arabian Football Federation (SAFF) since October 2018. Previously, Ibrahim held the position of Board Member and General Secretary at Ettifaq Saudi Club from September 2015 to October 2018. Ibrahim's earlier experience includes a role as a Petroleum Engineer at Aramco from July 2005 to October 2018. Academically, Ibrahim obtained a Master's degree in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University between 2007 and 2009 and a Bachelor's degree in Geology from the University of New Orleans from 2001 to 2005.
