Sharon Harrison

Sharon Harrison has worked in the retail industry since 1996. Sharon began their career at Kohl's Department Stores as a Retail Buyer, where they were responsible for driving all aspects of financial planning, product assortments, merchandise strategies, sales and margins goals. Sharon also developed strong vendor partnerships, managing an average of 18 vendors. In 2003, Sharon became the Managing Partner of [basic-code]\u2122. From 2007 to 2016, Sharon worked at Kahn Lucas Children's Apparel as Manager of Merchandise and Retail Planning for Mid-Tier Accounts. In this role, they developed, directed and managed financial plans and performance for Kohl\u2019s, Sears and JCPenney. Sharon also collaborated with sales and merchandising teams to identify and develop quarterly line plans. In 2016, Sharon moved to BuySeasons, Inc. as Senior Merchandise Planner for Adult and Youth Costumes and Accessories. Sharon developed and managed sales and inventory for 250 plus sku\u2019s and collaborated with management and multiple teams to achieve sales goals for Amazon, Target, Walmart, and Kohl\u2019s Department Stores. In 2018, Sharon returned to [basic-code]\u2122 as Manager of Business Development.
