Ahmed Marie is an experienced supply chain and customer service professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Supply Chain Manager for Spares & Repairs at Safran since September 2016, Ahmed leads a 21-member team focused on KPI management, customer satisfaction, and logistics operations. Prior to this role, Ahmed was the Customer Services Manager at Zodiac Aerospace from June 2008 to August 2016, where leadership was provided to a team of 14, ensuring high standards of client communication and productivity. Earlier experience includes a position in customer support at DMS, specializing in the implementation of hospital management systems. Ahmed holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Modern Academy Maadi, obtained in 2001.
