Anne-Claire Cherfils is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client support and quality management at Safran. Since August 2018, Anne-Claire has held multiple roles, including Responsable Informatisation for both Direction Support & Services Clients and Direction Qualité, focusing on SAP AMOA for SD and QM respectively. Prior to this, a world tour was undertaken from January 2018 to August 2018. Anne-Claire served at Safran Nacelles from January 2012 to January 2018, rising to the position of Team Leader in the Customer Service Support Center and gaining expertise in project purchasing and supplier quality assurance. Education includes a Master 2 in logistics and supply chain management from EM Normandie Business School, various quality management certifications from SAFRAN University, a Bachelor of Commerce from the Institute of Technology, Carlow, and a CPIM qualification from APICS Northern Colorado.
