Ludovic Erhel has extensive experience in quality management and performance equipment in the aerospace sector, specifically with Safran Aircraft Engines since June 2012. As Supplier Quality Manager, significant achievements include a 75% reduction in concession volume and PPM rate, as well as a decrease in non-conformities sent to customers. Responsibilities involved managing supplier performance, leading quality crisis resolutions, and implementing the Integrated Management System. In the role of Performance Equipment Manager, Ludovic focused on enhancing production equipment reliability and optimizing maintenance strategies across multiple production lines. Prior experience includes serving as a Production Support Engineer at AES Ingénierie, where Ludovic facilitated the deployment of IT tools and provided training to Safran personnel. Ludovic holds a Master’s degree in Engineering and Quality from CFA Descartes – UPEM and a Professional License in Industrial Maintenance from AFPI.
