Elizabeth M. has over a decade of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and recruitment management, currently serving as a Human Resource Supervisor at SAFY of America since February 2019. In this role, Elizabeth leads recruitment efforts, supervises talent acquisition specialists, and develops strategic recruitment plans. Previously, Elizabeth held positions as an Employee Recruiter at SAFY and a Columbus Recruiter at Ohio Christian University, where responsibilities included working with prospective students and optimizing recruitment processes. Additional experience includes coordinating student activities at the University of Northwestern Ohio and serving as a Social Media Project Assistant and HR intern in various organizations. Elizabeth holds a degree in Public Relations from Otterbein University, obtained in 2013, and has cultivated expertise in efficient recruitment practices and team leadership throughout a diverse career.
