Inger Gløersen Folkeson has a diverse range of work experience spanning various industries and roles. Inger Gløersen is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Saga Robotics, where they are involved in transforming farming through the use of robotics to improve agriculture's profitability, sustainability, and environmental impact. Previously, they held the role of Chief Operating Officer and EVP Fiber Networks at Bulk Infrastructure Group, where they were responsible for various corporate staff functions. Before that, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Digi Telecommunications in Malaysia, where they played a key role in expanding mobile connectivity and internet services. In their earlier career, Inger worked at Telenor, first as the SVP and CFO in Telenor Group Holdings, where they managed non-telco assets, and later as the SVP and CFO of Telenor Digital Businesses, overseeing investments in the digital business space. Inger Gløersen also has experience as the CFO of Norkring AS, where they focused on finance, logistics/sourcing, and strategic business development. In addition, they worked in Telenor's Group Strategy and Regulatory Affairs department as the Director of Group Strategy, leading strategic projects and collaborating with business units. Inger started their career at Telenor as a summer intern. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in areas such as international expansion, M&As, valuation, financial analysis, project management, and telecom industry knowledge.

Inger Gløersen Folkeson began their education in 2001 at the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), where they completed a degree in Industrial economy and technology management with a focus on International Strategy and Entrepreneurship. In 2004, they participated in an exchange program at HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne, studying Strategy, Finance, and Business Ethics for a year. In 2017, they attended a executive course at BI Norwegian Business School, where they earned 7.5 study points in Board Competence. In 2018, they furthered their education at the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) and completed an executive course in Corporate Finance, earning 15 study points.
