Tom R. has an extensive work experience in the finance and investment industry. Tom started their career in 2008 as the Founder & Director of Marvellous Meat Limited. In 2011, they joined Rabobank as an Acquisition Finance (Food & Agriculture) and Global Financial Markets. In 2016, they became an Associate Director - Acquisition Finance at Rabobank Australia & New Zealand. In 2018, they were appointed as an Investment Director at Rabo Food & Agri Innovation Fund. In 2019, they joined Rothamsted Research as an Investment Panel Member - Shake Climate Change Fund. In 2020, they became a Board Director at SAGA ROBOTICS // THORVALD, BeeHero and RootWave (Ubiqutek Ltd). Currently, they are an Investment Director at Cibus Capital LLP and the Cibus Funds.
