Mirabel Onitiri

Mirabel Onitiri is a Manager, Accounting Policy and Advisory at Sagard, and joined the firm in 2022. Mirabel is responsible for advising on accounting transactions and preparing documentation to support conclusions under IFRS. Mirabel is based in Toronto, Ontario.

Prior to Sagard, Mirabel was a Manager, of General Accounting at Hexo Operations where she provided on complex transactions such as business combinations and quantified the related accounting implications under IFRS. She also managed the month-end/quarter-end financial close process and was a key resource in the implementation of new financial systems.

Mirabel is a CPA and holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos.
