Lindsey Dickinson

Lindsey Dickinson has a solid work experience in various managerial roles. Lindsey started their career at O'Charley's as a Service Manager, where they were responsible for managing the front-of-house employees, inventory, scheduling, and providing ongoing coaching. After working at O'Charley's for five years, they joined Aspen Dental as a Business Office Manager and quickly progressed to the roles of Area Manager and Regional Manager. Lindsey worked at Aspen Dental for a total of nine years. In 2022, Lindsey transitioned to Spear Education as a Practice Growth Partner. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at Sage Dental.

Lindsey Dickinson completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from American InterContinental University from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended The Ohio State University from 2003 to 2005, but did not pursue a degree or have a declared field of study during that time.
