Betsy (Olwine) Baker is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in sales and marketing operations. Currently serving as Corporate Director of Sales & Marketing Operations for Sage Hospitality Group since January 2016, Betsy has successfully spearheaded growth strategies across various hotel brands, enhancing guest satisfaction and employee engagement. Prior roles include Vice President of Sales & Marketing for 16 hotels and Regional Director of Sales for RMC, showcasing expertise in relationship building, team leadership, and strategic planning. Earlier experience includes key positions at The Ritz-Carlton and Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where competency in recruitment, sales training, and operational leadership was demonstrated. Betsy holds a BS in Hotel/Restaurant Management from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
