Heather Ann Urban

Heather Ann Urban (Kain) has over 29 years of experience in human resources within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Sr. Regional Director of People & Culture at Sage Hospitality Group since August 2004, Heather Ann has held various leadership positions, including Corporate Director of Employee Relations and Regional Director of People Resources. Previously, Heather Ann worked at Interstate Hotels & Resorts from May 1996 to August 2004, and held roles such as Director of Human Resources at Ypsilanti Marriott at Eagle Crest and Columbus Embassy Suites. Earlier experiences include positions at Pittsburgh Marriott City Center and Sawgrass Marriott, starting with a foundation in human resources at Hyatt Hotels. Heather Ann holds an Associate's degree in Hotel Restaurant & Institutional Management from Penn State University.
