Steve Santomo

VP, The Premier Collection, Sage Hotel Management at Sage Hospitality Group

As Vice President, Premier Collection, Steve provides strategic oversight to the operations of the Premier Collection properties in Sage’s portfolio. He is responsible for overall results, as well as the development and execution of strategies that will support, strengthen, and grow the overall performance of multiple hotels.

Steve began his Sage journey in 2018, as the General Manager of Embassy Suites Denver Downtown and in 2019 he also assumed operational oversight of the Homewood Suites Boulder. Prior to Sage, Steve was with Destination Hotels & Resorts/Two Roads Hospitality, where he served in the role of Senior Vice President of Destination Resorts Management. In this role he was responsible for both overseeing the operations and spearheading new acquisitions for the rental management division. Prior to his appointment as SVP, Steve held multiple leadership roles with Destination including, Area Managing Director of Destination Resorts Snowmass, as well as General Manager of the Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa, Jackson, WY. Steve’s extensive experience also includes positions held as General Manager with Vail Resorts Inc., Lodgian Inc., as well as Assistant General Manager roles with Winegardner & Hammons Hotel Management Company throughout the United States.
