Tracy Kalesse

Tracy Kalesse currently serves as the Area Director of People and Culture at Sage Hospitality Group since June 2023. Previously, Tracy held multiple roles at The Benson Hotel from February 2020 to June 2023, including Assistant General Manager and Director of Human Resources & Risk Management, overseeing HR functions for over 150 employees. Prior experience includes the position of HR Business Partner at Central Bethany, responsible for HR operations for 350 employees across three locations, and Operations Manager at Right At Home, managing operations and HR for over 100 employees. Tracy is pursuing an Executive MBA at Washington State University, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on HR Management from Western Governors University.
