Krishnakumar Hariharan is the President of Talent Solutions at Sage IT. Krishnakumar has over 15 years of experience in the staffing and HR industry. Krishnakumar has a proven track record of delivering results in various leadership roles.

Krishnakumar started their career as a staffing consultant at KRG Technologies Inc. Krishnakumar quickly rose through the ranks and became the Partner and Chief Revenue Officer. During their tenure, they grew the staffing and RPO services, enabling organizational transformation for clients by providing workforce planning/consolidation and talent acquisition strategy as well as digital transformation of recruiting.

In 2013, Krishnakumar joined ITC Infotech as the Senior Vice President & Global Head Talent Acquisition, HR Head, Americas& Europe. Krishnakumar established and expanded the talent acquisition function across the US and Europe, driving growth with a robust engagement model, clear compliance processes, and cutting-edge HR analytics capabilities. Some of their key achievements include building a highly efficient, metrics-driven global recruitment operation and developing a strategic vision for organizational growth and enablement.

Krishnakumar has a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Anna University, Chennai and an MBA from XLRI, Jamshedpur.

Krishnakumar Hariharan completed a MA in Social Work from Bosco School of Social Work at Sacred Heart College Tirupattur in 1985 and a BA in Economics from Vivekananda College in Mylapore, Madras in 1983.
