Wayne Camard

COO at Sage Talent

Wayne Camard is the current COO at Sage Talent. Prior to this, they worked as a Resident Representative for the International Monetary Fund from October 1991 to September 2016. In this role, they directed IMF offices in various countries and had daily interactions with senior government officials, diplomats, and business leaders. Wayne also spent some time as a Senior Economist in Washington from 2007-2010.

Before their time at the IMF, Wayne worked as a Consultant for the US Agency for International Development from March 1990 to July 1991. During this time, they advised on economic reform measures in Ecuador and authored a study on ownership structure of banks and cross-holdings of business groups.

Most recently, Wayne was a Founding Partner at The Camard Group from April 2020 to February 2022 where they provided advisory services in HR (specializing in compliance), legal affairs, real estate, and the economic environment.

Wayne has also worked as a Consultant for Wells Fargo, NASA, and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Wayne was an Assistant Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York from January 1983 to December 1985.

Wayne Camard holds a BA in Economics from Williams College, a General Course in International Law & Relations and Inflation from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a High School Diploma from Pine Crest School. Wayne also holds certification from Atlassian University in Confluence Fundamentals Badge.
